India elects to bat after winning toss (August 09th, 2007)

India can either win or draw the series, but cannot lose it, courtesy of winning the second test match. England has never lost a series at home since 2001 and they will like to keep that record intact.



Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to bat first in the final and deciding test match against England. Both teams have fielded an unchanged side for the last match. India leads the series 1-0 having won the second test match at Trent Bridge. The first match of the series played at Lord’s ended in a draw.
