The condition is called Gynecomastia and although it still is taboo to discuss, bit by bit the condition is coming out of hiding. Males who have the condition usually suffer a traumatic life which may consist of teasing, lack of self confidence and self wealth.
Gynecomastia is actually quite comment in adolescent males however in 90% of cases the condition will disappear by the time they're 18 years old. So where does that leave the remaining 10% of sufferers?......surgery. Surgery is usually out of the question for many as the costs of the surgery are in the thousands.
Surgery is not required for all cases of Gynecomastia. Sufferers who are obese or slightly overweight may find they can remove their breasts by diet and exercise. This is due to the breasts consisting mainly of fat.
